Overview

Qualibou Energy, Inc. is a renewable energy development company. Our current priority is the development of the geothermal resource on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. The company, through subsidiary UNEC Holdings Inc., has an exclusive development contract with the Government of Saint Lucia to develop a potential 150 Megawatts in the Sulphur Springs area. 

History

UNEC Holdings Inc was incorporated in British Columbia in 2003, and obtained the rights to develop the Saint Lucia resource in 2004. In 2008 UNEC was acquired in a reverse takeover transaction with Qualibou Energy, Inc., a Delaware company listed on the OTC Pink Sheets (QALB.PK).

  1. Commence generation of first 12MW in 2012.
  2. Expand generation capacity to 42MW by 2013.
  3. Expand generation capacity to 102 MW by 2016.
  4. Achieve recurring EBITDA of $90 million by 2016
